In the modern global furniture industry, this is the most widely utilised decorative coating material. Water-based inks (Plain, Wood, Stone, Fancy, etc.) are printed in an infinite number of colours and designs using rotogravure machines.
The printed papers are subsequently placed through a procedure known as melamine impregnation. In order to prepare the papers for lamination, thermo-reactive resins are impregnated into them. Using high & low-pressure, and high-temperature presses, it is laminated to wood or various types of papers (Kraft, parchment, etc.).
Both raw and impregnated decor paper are produced by Turkuaz Decor. The maximum width for impregnated paper is 1850 mm, while the width of raw decor paper ranges from 930 to 2100 mm.
Finish Foils
They are pre-impregnated papers that are utilised in all forms of industrial wood (MDF, Particle Board, Plywood, OSB, etc.) as a surface coating material. By using water-based inks (Plain, Wood, Stone, Fancy, etc.), printing can be done in an infinite number of colours and patterns.
The range of print widths is 930 mm to 2100 mm. Paper weights that range from 50 to 120 grammes per square metre are suitable for pressing with common glues in laminating machines. It is also feasible to apply manually. By using UV lacquers to harden the surfaces, it can be made in matte, semi-matt, wood-structured, and glossy finishes.

The range of their thickness is 0.20 to 0.40 mm. The common width is 1300 mm. With laminating or wrapping machines, it can be applied to wood or many other materials, depending on the type, thickness, and finish of the surface. There are several variations available, such as flat, matte, brushed, or wood textured surfaces.
